Description Our Plain Mills are Made in Sheffield and Stocked in Metric & Imperial Sizes. Having no side teeth, these cutters are used mostly for surface cutting. C.R. Tools manufacture and stock Plain Mills from our Sheffield production unit: Slab Mills and Cylindrical Cutters can all be manufactured to order. Plain Mills: For general machining and made to BS122 and DIN884/N. Slab Mills: (Or Helical Cutters) for heavy duty material removal.
